We wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed your hospitality during our recent trip to NZ. You had asked what you could improve on but instead we wanted to let you know what we are still talking about that made our time with you so memorable: your warm welcome to us, the careful preparation of food both fresh and local, the baths under the stars (Lydia still talks about that almost daily!), your consideration and patience with our young children. It felt to us as if we were visiting a family friend rather than two strangers.
